Blessings and Welcome to into-the-newWe are, as a planet, experiencing a process of great change; a change that is disrupting our lives and shaking our very foundations. Most of what we have known or believed in no longer applies. This is causing us to search, question, and re-evaluate our very existance, and through this we are being presented with opportunities of growth. This comes about through getting to know ourselves at a deeper level.

The Genesis of a new way of being.
Would'nt it be great if only we could change certain aspects of ourselves and behaviours in order to have a happier and fullfilling life. It does'nt work like that.
Change is the end product of a process of Self Awareness, and Transformation.
WHAT DOES WORK IS:
As we practice this in our lives, our process starts to unfold, opportunities open up, and we are given a sense of direction of where we need to go and what we need to do.
This is how growth comes about, it just happens naturally, when you're open to it. Everything we do and Become is always a process, and I can't stress how IMPORTANT this is to understand. There are no short cuts to wholeness and wellbeing,
So Transformation is not about changing who we are.
WE ARE OK. It's what we have become through our very miss-guided belief systems that is not ok. Transformation is what re-addresses this misperception. It starts with getting to know ourself (Self Awareness) our (Inner Growth) comes through this, and promotes the (Transformation) and (Change) To help with this we have an amazing array of resourses within. Our Inner Knowing and Wisdom is infinite, and when we allow it, it guides us every step of the way.
This inner part of ourselves is known by many names: Spiritual Source, God Self, and Higher Self to name but a few. It's the Essence, of who we truly are; our Inner Guide that speaks words of Wisdom when we least expect it; our Intuition and Knowingness that we question and choose not to trust.
It's the part that lies buried deep within, underneath all of the misperceptions that have been taken onboard and believed over the years.
